What do you know about the exchange between Sue and Sophie Cunningham in our last game against Phoenix? I've rarely seen that reaction from Sue. Is there a history there, etc.?
It’s been a long time since they played Phoenix so I don’t recall. What I do know is that Sophie Cunningham has had a reputation of getting under people’s skin and even playing dirty dating back to her days at Mizzou. As friendly as Sue Bird is, deep down she has that fiery New York spirit and competitiveness. So it wouldn’t be shocking if they got into it with each other.
