Just wanted to mention, 18 of them points was not guarded by Horston. As i watched. Carter however is certainly a team effort. They make that adjustment, they can slow her down. She is so fast and has a high iq. I remember watching her play in college and knew she was a problem then.
You're right. No one on the team could stop Carter last night. And it does require a team effort. Jordan gave Arike such fits the previous two games and I feel Chennedy plays a similar style. It just goes to show what elite speed Carter has. She really is an offensive wonder and I hope for her sake that she can maintain this level of play and avoid conflicts and problems with her newest team.
It's great to watch Jordan continue to grow and develop. Her offensive efficiency has been such an improvement. Up to nearly 50% on FG which is amazing for a wing player. I know I've talked to Coach Quinn about this and she didn't necessarily think this way, but I really feel Jordan can play a style similar to Jackie Young. Jackie wasn't always an elite three-point shooter. Early in her WNBA career she found most of her success in the short-to-midrange and I feel I'm seeing that from Jordan this year.
That game last night was the most fun game that we’ve lost…that I’ve attended….in a long time. Hats off to TSpoon for developing this team, you’re absolutely right Jeff, their future is bright!
When Reese makes the first two three pointers of her WNBA life, it was definitely not gonna be the Storm's night. I feel bad for Jordan; I thought she did a good job making Carter work hard, but I'm not sure any one person living or dead was gonna stop her last night. She certainly seems to have landed in the right place, with the right coach. And to think last year Carter was just hanging out there, for anyone to sign, while we ran Yvonne Turner out there night after night...
Carter is a bucket and always has been. her and Jordan and kardosa is with the same agent. Chennedy is Very competitive and a smart player and keeps a chip that drives her. She definitely someone that her opponents need to plan for
Jordan played against her in college her freshman year. I remember because she stole her ball one time. I don’t feel bad for Jordan, i love that she offensively shot 72 percent when her teammates struggled. That says to me that she had to do something different last night then defend. Shooting 8 of 11 means somebody better guard her next time. Lol

Ms. Horston, your daughter is awesome and it has been truly a pleasure watching her evolution as a player this year....
Thank you

When I saw her at A&M, I had never seen a crossover like hers in the women's game.
And she has a different motor.

Did Jordan call "bank" on that 3? From where we were sitting, I couldn't hear if she did :-)
😂 no Jesus. 🙏🏾
Well i said please Jesus. 😂
She absolutely killed it last night. Shot the best percentage on the court! Love watching her growth & athleticism.
